Commercially, the relative performance of fabric protector products iscalculated on the following criteria: Soil Resistance, protection
against stains and soil or stain "release". Water based fabric
protectors are extremely simple to use and are often the most
efficient. Once sprayed and dried it creates a protective safeguard
over any fabric to avoid unusual damage without alter the texture of
fabric.
